During this appointment, I challenged quail white, lobster, and peanut, and introduced duck white and crab. Once I complete 7 days of 240 mg of peanut, I will have reached cross contamination. Cross contamination includes foods that are labeled: made in a facility, made on same line, or may contain or made with peanut oil. This is very exciting because this opens up a lot of food options for me that I was not able to eat such as plain M&M’s and many brands of protein bars. Added to my morning maintenance is 1 oz. lobster once a week and 1 oz. scallops once every two weeks. Because I don’t like the taste of shellfish, my mom adds the lobster and scallops into brownie muffins.
