Visit #6 Whole Peanut!

This cycle has been tough! I really hate eating the same things every day for breakfast and I especially hate eating scallop and lobster brownies. During this visit I challenged WHOLE PEANUT, duck egg white, and crab. We also introduced hen egg white. The doctor went over my bloodwork from my September visit. My overall response to the program has been good. My biggest improvements were my immunoglobin E (IgE) for egg white, egg yolk and shellfish. IgE is an antibody that your body makes and high levels indicate an allergy. My egg white decreased by 35%, egg yolk by 13% and shellfish by 25%. The doctors also made some changes to my maintenance foods. It’s a lot to keep up with and so my mom keeps a spreadsheet. Here is an example of this cycle’s spreadsheet.

This was another quick trip to the West Coast but we did manage to see a University of Southern California basketball game and ride some scooters.
